You can open the command bar by pressing F2 or clicking the terminal button next to the chatbar (for mobile).
Only server administrators and moderators have access to these commands.

server unban | userId | unbans a userId from the server |
server unmod | player-name | removes moderation powers from a player |
server unmodid | userId | removes moderation powers from a userId |
shutdown | nil | shutdowns the server |
time get | nil | gets the current time |
